Building a Scalable Digital Presence for Reveal Risk Cybersecurity Consultancy
Reveal Risk is a US-based cybersecurity consultancy that helps organizations understand their real risks before making major security and privacy investments. Their team brings an average of twenty years of in-house experience, giving clients practical guidance that avoids wasted spend and keeps priorities focused.
Reveal Risk turned to WX for a full reset. The priority was a stronger brand identity and a CMS that would give their team more control, better visibility, and room to scale.
As their reputation grew, their website struggled to keep up. Reveal Risk needed a digital presence that reflected their credibility and supported long-term growth.
What happens when your brand's expertise outpaces its online presence?
This was the challenge that Reveal Risk was facing.
Reveal Risk is a trusted cybersecurity consultancy solving complex process challenges for its clients, but its website no longer reflected the brand, and the WordPress platform made content updates slow and tracking inbound leads difficult.
"Well, to say WX can do it all, and knock it out of the park, would be an understatement. My experience working with WX to build the new Reveal Risk website was exceptional. From start to finish, the WX team demonstrated professional creativity; from templates to tiny animation details, they delivered at every turn. They’re a team of driven, high-performing experts who work in lock-step to move companies to organized, well-designed websites."

The WX approach
We worked closely with Reveal Risk to identify both their pain points and opportunities. Our collaboration began with a full website audit and strategic workshops, allowing us to build a strategy from the ground up. It soon became clear that our approach would be centered around these focal points.
Strategy & Alignment
We worked with Reveal Risk’s leadership team to define their ideal client profiles, refine key messaging, and design a website roadmap tied directly to business objectives and measurable KPIs.
We also scheduled weekly syncs with Huntress to ensure everyone stayed on the same page. Finally, we submitted the scope of works and got approval before moving forward.
Brand & Experience Redesign
We identified the need for a complete brand identity overhaul–logo, typography, and color palette–as well as a full UX/UI redesign. Wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes helped us refine page structures and user flows, while 11 new templates ensured consistency across the site.
1. Protyping and design
We started by modifying the HubSpot theme and designing the new the pages based on the brand guidelines and project requirements. We include multiple feedback rounds to ensure that all marks are hit before starting development.
2. Building
We first develop the relevant assets in the HubSpot Staging Environment. This enables a perfect preview without having to touch the existing website. We know that a live look can feel different from a design mockup, so we budget some time for client feedback and small tweaks here.
3. Populate content in cooperation with client team(s)
When the new pages are ready, it's time to populate them. We work closely with the relevant client teams to add copy, media, and CTA content. During this time, we also work on setting up the redirects file and internal linking to avoid 404 errors and prevent loss of link juice.
4. Quality Assurance (QA)
During the project, we used userback.io, a visual feedback tool, to ensure that the pages were properly tested across devices, browsers, and operating systems. This helped ensure that the website was optimized for all users, regardless of their device or platform.
Scalable Implementation
Rebuilding the site on HubSpot CMS would give Reveal Risk’s team a powerful, flexible platform. We customized modules so their marketing team could easily launch new pages and campaigns without developer bottlenecks. The podcast section was fully integrated into the site via a tailored blog template, extending the reach of their thought leadership while staying efficient within scope.
Finally, we manually requested indexing of all new content through Google Search Console. This optimized the visibility for all new pages.
A stronger, future-ready brand
The refreshed visuals now reflect Reveal Risk’s expertise and reputability in the industry. The updated logo, typography, color palette, and visuals convey authority, modernity, and confidence in the cybersecurity space that was no longer reflected in the previous design.
More results that moved the needle:
Efficient content management: HubSpot drag-and-drop templates to help the Reveal Risk team to publish and edit pages efficiently without developer support.
Better lead visibility: HubSpot tracking and reporting to give visibility into inbound inquiries, helping prioritize high-value prospects and measure performance.
Trusted process: From big-picture strategy to small design details, Reveal Risk felt their ideas were understood, valued, and enhanced by WX’s expertise.
